April Kim is a Korean-American violinist and entrepreneur who seeks to utilize her bicultural background, musical passion and business leadership to share the art of music, cultivate partnerships and broaden her positive influence in the community. Ms. Kim received her undergraduate education as a violin performance major in Claire Trevor School of the Arts at University of California, Irvine, where she was a Rawlins Scholar from 2009 to 2013. Also, Kim played memorable master classes with Eugene Drucker from Emerson Quartet and Emanuel Ax from Juilliard School while attending Chamber Music | OC’s Young Artist Program. Her performance venues include Soka Performing Arts Center, Barclay Theatre and Nixon Presidential Library & Museum, and she also took part in Chamber Music | OC’s Carnegie Hall Debut in 2017.

As an active member of the community, Kim directed multiple Korean youth orchestras, and for over 5 years, she served in Vision Youth Classic Concert, an organization that hosts music concerts to help raise donations for people with disabilities. Kim hopes to become an important bridge that makes the benefits of classical music accessible to many people in various organizations and communities.

Woojin Park began her musical journey at The Special Music School under Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory in Russia, where she developed a strong foundation in classical music. She continued her studies at the prestigious Manhattan School of Music for Bachelor and Master degree. After completing her studies Woojin has become a sought-after violin teacher, sharing her expertise with students at Herald School of Music and Art, Brooklyn Musical Arts, and Seoul Sahmyook Elementary School. She also performed in numerous venues including Carnegie Hall. Woojin is currently serving as a violin instructor for VYCC, Shekinah youth ensemble, Shekinah youth orchestra.

Sungjin Park is a violist, educator, and innovative musician, and also acupuncturist. Growing up in South Korea, Dr. Park took part in several competitions, including placing first in the Yonsei University Concerto Competition. Dr. Park was featured as a soloist with the Seoul Symphony Orchestra, performing Wieniawski’s Violin Concerto No. 2. He also performed Bruch’s Double Concerto for Viola and Violin with the Yonsei University Orchestra, and both the Walton and Stamitz concertos with the Karos Percussion Ensemble. As a chamber musician, Dr. Park has toured Europe twice, once as a member of the Ola Viola Sound and again as the violist of the Herberger Graduate String Quartet as part of a quartet exchange with the Conservatoire Supérieur et Académie de Musique in Sion, Switzerland. Currently Dr. Park serves as the principal violist in Both Shekinah Chamber Ensemble and OC philharmonic.

Hanna Kim, cellist, completed her M.M. in Cello Performance and B.M. in Cello Performance from California State University, Fullerton. She studied primarily under Bongshin Ko and her past teachers also include Jonathan Kramer, and Malkhaz Dediashvili. She enjoys teaching students of various age and playing music as a soloist, ensemble, and orchestral musician. Currently, she privately teaches numerous talented students in Orange County and coaches for Orange Community Christian Youth Orchestra. As a cellist, she is an active member of Shekinah Ensemble.
