Lizzy and the Palm lived under a smartphoneless rock in Europe's art scene for the better part of a decade before the pandemic coaxed her back home to record her first album. Heavily influenced by her devoutly Catholic French choreographer mother and her American musical theatre composer father, Lizzy's music soars with the romantic yearning of old musicals and classical music. Coupled with her years as an artistic vagabond in the Berlin underground, what has emerged is a musical world unlike any other on the scene today. A philosopher with an angel’s voice, she fearlessly tackles the big questions of life, wrestling with God, grieving her late mother, and delighting audiences with her whimsical joie de vivre.
