How We Started

Laguna Beach Live! became a non-profit organization in 2001 to bring professional music at its most exciting---up close and personal---to the community of Laguna Beach.

We began with a concert with Sally Kellerman at [seven-degrees] and eight free chamber music performances at the Laguna College of Art and Design. .The weeklong Music Festival began in April 2002. We now present summer and winter jazz series, a bluegrass concert, Gospel Brunch, world music and some other large concerts....in 2011-12 we presented over 34 concerts and 8 outreach programs.
